Ola Ashour is a software engineer whose biggest passion is development, learning and growth. She is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer in Andela.
She has 6 years of experience in software development, 4 of which are in iOS. She took on the role of Technical Director for a short period to enhance her skills as a software engineer and get a better view of the big picture of the software production process from both the commercial and technical aspects.

Ola always wants to know how things work and is keen to learn something new every day, whether it is in technology or any other field of human knowledge.
Prior to joining Andela, Ola worked as a Technology Project Manager at Inova EG, an iOS Developer at Modeso, and worked with the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and Objects among others.

Ola received her Bachelor of Computer Science in 2011, with distinction with honors, from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
