With over 13 years of professional experience in the software industry, including 9 years of requirements management experience, plus 6 years of experience managing software development and delivery.
Mai graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Cairo University in 2006, and also received the Agile Foundation Certificate from the Software Engineering Accreditation and Evaluation Center.

Its scope of work included areas such as: e-government, technical support, national database integration, hospital automation, real estate, electronic portals, electronic services, recruitment, e-commerce, enterprise resource planning, medical records, websites, and dashboards.
